SHIPPING
At Subtle Botanicals, we take great pride in delivering our exquisite botanical products across North America. Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $200 CDN, ensuring that you receive our exceptional items with added value.
In addition, we provide complimentary local delivery within HRM (Halifax Regional Municipality).
TIMING
Once you place an order on our website, please allow 3-5 days for us to prepare your package for shipping. We take special care in crafting our products in small batches to maintain optimal freshness. Occasionally, this may result in a slight delay of a day or two as we package up a new batch of an item. If you have a specific date by which you need the product, kindly let us know, and we will do our best to expedite your parcel if needed.
CANADA & USA
For orders within Canada and the United States, we utilize the services of ChitChats, which partners with Canada Post and USPS as its main carriers. Once your order is received and processed, we will provide you with a tracking number to keep you informed about your package's journey.
Please note that fulfillment generally takes 3-5 days, depending on order volume and product availability. Consequently, shipping times may vary. For orders within Canada, please allow 2-8 days for your package to arrive at your doorstep. For orders in the US, the estimated shipping time is typically 3-6 days.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Unless otherwise specified, orders will be delivered within 1-2 weeks from your purchase date. We will contact you to gather preferred delivery days and times. We kindly request that you provide multiple time slots of at least a two-hour window, if possible.
Rest assured, we will confirm your delivery slot prior to drop-off and send you a text once your package has arrived.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Subtle Botanicals products and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. In certain circumstances we may offer an exchange or credit.

LOST PACKAGES
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the designated shipping address, we regretfully cannot assume responsibility for any packages that may be lost or stolen thereafter.
